Data Usage
BabyBallers may use your personal data for the purposes of operating and improving our business. This may include analysing our performance, sending marketing and promotional communications, meeting our legal and regulatory obligations, developing our workforce, and conducting research.
If you do not wish for your data to be used for any of the above purposes, please contact us in writing at dorset@babyballers.com.
Monthly Subscription
Your monthly subscription payment covers a maximum of 4 sessions per calendar month. Any additional sessions attended within the same month will be subject to an additional charge.
Please note that registration fees are non-refundable.
Missed sessions are non-refundable. A maximum of one month’s subscription payment may be refunded in exceptional circumstances, at BabyBallers' discretion. Refunds will not be provided for more than one month of missed sessions.
Cancellation Terms
I understand that there is a minimum commitment of two calendar months from the date my subscription begins. I understand that I cannot cancel my subscription during this initial two-month period.
After the initial two-month commitment has been completed, monthly subscriptions may be cancelled by providing one full calendar month’s written notice.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to dorset@babyballers.com. Cancellations will take effect from the 1st of the month following the required notice period.
Please note that, unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations that have been forgotten or where written notice has not been provided by email within the required notice period.
